When you call to schedule your first visit, we will be happy to take your insurance information, so that we may verify your individual benefits before your first visit, or you may bring it with you to your first appointment. This will include the age appropriate InSight scan, either being a surface EMG or a thermal rolling scan. If X-rays or additional imaging are needed, we'll let you know and help determine the best next steps.
Based on your examination findings, we'll explain what's going on, answer your questions, and discuss whether chiropractic care is appropriate for you. If it is, we'll create a personalized care plan designed around your individual needs and goals. This visit, including your first adjustment, is typically around 30-45 minutes.

If appropriate, many patients receive their first adjustment during their initial visit. Every adjustment is tailored to the individual, using gentle techniques that are appropriate for your age, size, and comfort level. Whether you're an athlete, an expecting mom, or bringing in your newborn, your care is always customized specifically for you.
